TPG Completes Acquisition of Angelo Gordon
We are pleased to announce the close of our acquisition of Angelo Gordon and officially welcome their team to the TPG family. With $213B of total combined AUM as of 6/30, TPG’s investing platforms span a broadly diversified set of strategies, including private equity, impact, credit, real estate, and market solutions. Angelo Gordon will now operate as TPG Angelo Gordon, a $74 billion diversified credit and real estate investing platform within TPG.
